Good Morning Warrior!
Word for the Day:
“God of Order and Organization”
Text: Numbers 2:2
“Everyone of the children of Israel shall camp by his own standard, beside the emblems of his father’s house; they shall camp some distance from the tabernacle of meeting.”
This Principle that God is the “God of Order and Organization,” is on our menu for Breakfast this morning.
Israel walked as a mob of almost 3 million people when they left Egypt; but now God is teaching them Order and Organization.
They were to camp by their own family banner, as assigned on the East, South, West, and North, of the Tabernacle. This was Awesome to see! 603,000 Armed Warriors and over 2,000,000 people moving in Order and Organization through the wilderness, with banners flying!
This is a picture of what God’s Church should look like in the spiritual realm....
Thousands of Warriors from many nations leading ten-thousands of people through the wilderness of this world, banners of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control waving over them; as they Walk in Order and Organization.
How can this “Unity in Diversity” take place?
By focusing upon the Tabernacle, the Dwelling Place of God, that is In The Center Of This Order and Organization!
“Supreme Love for God Places God In The Center of Who We Are and What We Do.”
When Israel focused upon the Tabernacle they learned Order and Organization; each person and each family camping and breaking camp in their assigned place All The Time.
When the Church keeps her eye and heart on her Bridegroom, makes Jesus Christ their Focus and Center of Who They Are and What They Do - they will learn Order and Organization; each person resting and operating in their assigned gifting and service in the Church, All The Time.
What an Awesome Wonder this will be when the Church Keeps Her Focus on her Bridegroom; “One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, One God and Father of all, Who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Eph.4:5-6).
God’s Love is the “glue” that brings Unity from Diversity. As the Shullamite, a picture of the Church, said to the daughters of Jerusalem:
“He brought me to the banqueting house,
And his banner over me was love.” (Song of Solomon 2:4).
Listen up Warrior! God’s Order and Organization begins with You and I as His Church individually, and also corporately in our local church. Stand fast in your post of service to your Commander, as His Warrior and as a servant in your local church! Ooooh Rah!
Warrior at your side,
