Good Morning Warrior!
Word for the Day:
“God With Us In The Crisis!”
Text: Genesis 39:2
“The LORD was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.”
“God With Us In The Crisis,” is on our menu for Breakfast this morning.
God was with Joseph in the crisis of the pit his brother’s threw him into. Gods was with Joseph in the caravan of slaves and the the slave market. God was with Joseph in his master Potiphar’s house; and God was with Joseph in the prison, falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife.
God was with Joseph in Good Times and Bad Times; and He Prospered and Blessed Joseph in and through all these times!
Listen up Warrior! Our problems don’t go away when we give our life to our Commander Jesus Christ - but as a believer in Jesus Christ we Now have the Power to deal with them. Our troubles become our “exercise,” like weight lifting. We grow up through them as “muscular Warriors,” by exercising and deploying our Knowledge, Faith, and Trust in God’s Word! Ooooh Rah!
Without troubles we would be spiritually shallow wimps, tossed around with every trial.
Our Commander’s prayer in Gethsemane is our model prayer in Crisis:
“He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” (Matt.26:39).
In other words “In spite of the fire and heaviness of this weight - I want Your Will to be done, not mine!” Because Your Will is the Best Thing for my life! Then God releases the Awesome Power of Grace to Strengthen you and I and Lead Us Triumphantly Through The Fire! Oooooh Rah!
“I can do Everything God asks me to do with the Help of Christ Who Gives Me The Strength And Power” (Phil.4:13 TLB).
Paul had the weight of his “thorn in the flesh,” and God allowed this in his life so he would come to Know and Grow in God’s All Sufficient Grace!
“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” (2Corin.12:9).
God Is With You Warrior and He Will Strengthen You With All Sufficient Grace and continue to Grow You Up as a Mighty Warrior in the Kingdom of God! Remember this: “in your weakness your spiritual strength is displayed;” so be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His Might!(Eph.6:10).
Warrior’s are “Weight Lifters,” and God Is With Us In The Crisis and At All Times, With His All Sufficient Grace and Strength! Oooooh Rah!
Warrior at your side,
