Good Morning Warrior!
Word for the Day:
“Growing Up Is A Process”
“Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters.”
This Principle of Growing Up is on our Menu for Breakfast this morning. It’s a Process. From a Song of Victory through the water - to the Desert Wilderness of no water - to bitter water, that is made sweet, to Elim’s rest and refreshment.
This is a picture of the Warrior’s life. Our victories are really God’s victories in us and through us - His Work and our Surrendered Obedience. We need to remember this, Warrior! Our life is a Partnership with our Commander and King. A ‘process’ of transformation working in us and through us (2Corin.3:18). We Learn this by experience and we Teach this to our children by example. Sure, the children will complain and whine - but we’ll turn to prayer and their complaining will turn into the wonder of God’s Provision.
In war He Wins. In the “deserts” ahead of us He Provides. In the “bitter waters” of life and relationships, He makes them sweet. Using us as His ‘Branch’ (John 15:4), rooted in Him - thrown into the bitter water that’s made sweet with His Love flowing through us.
The Test is always followed by the Rest (Heb.4:9-10), in the Elim’s of our life, where we Rest in His All Sufficient Grace that sustains us. Listen up Warrior! We’ve been placed on this earth to Grow, Be Fruitful, and Multiply; and this Growth is a Process! Ooooh Rah!
