Good Morning Warrior!
Word for the Day:
(Joshua 16 & 17)
“Removing The Limits”
Text: Joshua 16:10
“And they did not drive out the Canaanites who dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwell among the Ephraimites to this day and have become forced laborers.”
“Removing The Limits,” is on our menu for Breakfast this morning. Every king and nation that resisted Israel was destroyed, thirty-two of them, and every person - until now! What happened to Israel? Israel “limited the Holy One of Israel.” “Yes, again and again they tempted God,
And limited the Holy One of Israel.
They did not remember His power:
The day when He redeemed them from the enemy,” (Psa.78:41-42). Yes, they didn’t “remember God’s Power;” so they ‘put limits on God’ with their unbelief. They stopped seeing God as their True All Powerful God - and we’re left seeing themself and their weakness. So, they negotiated and compromised their Rules of Engagement! They made their enemy “slaves,” instead of dead bodies. By Limiting God they had limited themselves!
Have we limited God in our prayers, in the way we live, or in the way we see our circumstances? Have we compromised our Rules of Engagement with sin?
Remember God’s Power in your life, Warrior? Your Salvation and deliverance from sin! Your changed life? Your answered prayers - miracles and wonders God has done in your life? If you don’t remember God’s Power that has Already been Demonstrated in your life - you will begin to put “limits on your Commander!” Unbelief will begin to grow in your heart....
Listen up Warrior! Make time with your Commander today to Rehearse with Him the Wonders He has done in your life; beginning with your experience of Salvation! Let your passion of Love and Gratefulness blow the lid off any limits you may have unknowingly put on your Commander. Let’s share a memory of God’s wonders in our life with somebody today! “Let the redeemed of the LORD say so,
Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,” (Psa.107:2).
Our Commander and King has no limits - and therefore as His Warrior We Have No Limits:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”(Phil.4:13). Ooooh Rah!
Warrior at your side,
