Good Morning Warrior!
It’s The Lord’s Day, Hallelujah!
Word for the Day:
“Putting sin Out of the Camp”
Text: Numbers 5:3
“You shall put out both male and female; you shall put them outside the camp, that they may not defile their camps in the midst of which I dwell.”
“Putting sin Out of the Camp,” is on our menu for Breakfast this morning.
sin Separates Us From God so it must not be tolerated even for a moment! Confession and Repentance will kill it and Put it out of the camp of our heart, where God lives!
Israel was commanded to put lepers, those with a discharge, and those who had touched a dead body out of the camp; because they were unclean. This leprosy, unclean discharges, and dead bodies were reminders of the effects of sin. In other words God was commanding Israel to Put sin Out of the Camp.
God will not live where sin lives, and sin Cannot live where God lives!
The Righteous Warrior loves God Supremely so they see sin as an enemy, not a prisoner to play with! We put sin out of the camp immediately with confession and repentance. The more we love God the more we hate sin. We Love God Supremely and We Hate sin Supremely! Ooooh Rah!
Our Rules of Engagement for sin are crystal clear, “kill with confession and repentance or be killed!”
Our Helper Holy Spirit is on guard continually, so when He convicts you and I of sin we respond immediately with confession and repentance and put sin out of the camp of our life.
Be diligent Warrior. you must be on a “war footing” at all times; for your enemy is like a roaring lion prowling your perimeter looking to kill you!
“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” (1Pet.5:8-9).
Listen up to Holy Spirit when He alerts you with conviction, and execute your rules of engagement Immediately! Put sin out of the camp! Oooh Rah!
Warrior at your side,
