Good Morning Warrior!
It’s Celebration Sunday today!
Word for the Day:
“Walking With Our Promise Keeper”
Text: 2Chron. 6:14
“and he said: “LORD God of Israel, there is no God in heaven or on earth like You, who keep Your covenant and mercy with Your servants who walk before You with all their hearts.”
“Walking With Our Promise Keeper,” is on our menu for Breakfast this morning. Almighty God is Our Promise Keeper. God Always Keeps All His Promises. We learn this by Knowing, Using, and Applying the Promises of God. The more we practice this in prayer the more we Experience God as Our Promise Keeper.
King David and his son King Solomon walked with their Promise Keeper, Almighty God; that’s why King Solomon prayed this Prayer:
“LORD God of Israel, there is no God in heaven or on earth like You, who keep Your covenant and mercy with Your servants who walk before You with all their hearts.”
King David and King Solomon Experienced God as their Promise Keeper, by “walking before Him with all their hearts.” That’s a Walk of Faith!
God gives us His Promises because He wants us to Use them and Apply them to our daily life! It makes God happy when we Use His Promise in Prayer by reminding Him of His Promise and -
When we Apply His Promise with Faith, to our Life situation!
“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;
he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”(James 1:6-8).
We Pray the Promises of God With Faith because we’re Walking With The Promise Keeper, Who keeps His Promises Today, as He did yesterday, and as He will do Forever!
King David and King Solomon Knew the Promises of God because they heard them from God and they read them in the Law of Moses. They both spent time with God. Unless we Know the Promise we cannot Use it or Apply it; so it remains “unused.” What a shame this is that so many people don’t know the Promises of God because they don’t know God; and if they know God they are not spending time with Him and reading His Love Letter the Bible.....
The Warrior spends time with God and reads promises of God every day for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We need to Use and Apply God’s Promises on the battlefields of righteousness every day. By deploying the Promises of God in our every day life we will walk Triumphantly with Our Promise Keeper; and Light the Way for others to meet Our Promise Keeper Jesus Christ! Oooh Rah!
